Volunteers are needed for setting up the event, directing people inside the festival, handing out glasses, delivering ice, pouring beer and other important functions. Volunteer duties will be assigned at the festival at the “Volunteer Registration Desk”. All volunteers must be 21+.

There will be a total of six shifts available for volunteers.

Friday, March 2, 2012
All Friday volunteers will recieve one complimentary admission to either session on Saturday.

Friday 1: CLOSED 9:00AM - 2:00PM.

Friday 2:CLOSED 12:00PM - 5:00PM.

Saturday, March 3, 2012
All Saturday volunteers will recieve a "Brew Crew" T-shirt and a complimentary meal voucher.

Saturday 1:CLOSED 9:00PM - 2:00PM. Upon completion of your shift, volunteers will be permitted to stay for the remainder of the festival.

Saturday 2: CLOSED 11:30AM - 4:30PM. Upon completion of your shift, volunteers will be permitted to stay for the remainder of the festival.

Saturday 3: 2:30PM - 6:30PM. Upon completion of your shift, volunteers will receive ONE comp ticket to the International Great Beer Expo at the Philadelphia Navy Yard on June 2, 2012. This ticket will be presented to you at the end of your shift when you check out. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All volunteers are asked to check out at the end of their shift at the volunteer registration area.

Please also indicate whether or not you are TIPS Certified. TIPS (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) is the global leader in education and training for the responsible service, sale, and consumption of alcohol. If you would like to pour beer at the expo, you MUST be TIPS Certified. If you woud like to become TIPS Certified, please indicate on the registration form below.

The Volunteer Administrator will confirm your shift and follow up with you as the event date draws near.
