PROTECT YOURSELF:
Tickets purchased from an unauthorized source may be lost, stolen, counterfeit or in violation of resale policies and if so, are VOID, and you will be denied entry. We strongly discourage you from purchasing tickets from an unauthorized source.

Is there an age limit to get into the show?
No one under the age of 21 will be allowed entrance in the festival! This includes designated drivers who must also be at least 21 years of age. NO children, toddlers, infants, strollers, or pets are permitted. No one will be admitted without a valid photo ID (no exceptions). Proper identification is the responsibility of the attendee. Failure to present proper, valid photo identification (driver’s license or passport) will result in denial of entry with no refund offered.

Is The Event Indoor or Outdoor?
The 2012 Philly Craft Beer Festival is an OUTDOOR event taking place under heated tents on the former Naval Airstrip at the Philadelphia Navy Yard.

What does admission include?
You will pay one fee to get in. You will receive a souvenir five oz. tasting glass with a two ounce pour line. You are welcome to sample any beer being poured by the brewers.

Will Food be Available?
Food will be available for purchase. Food does not come with the price of admission

What is the rate for the Designated Drivers?
Designated Drivers will be charged $10 dollars per ticket

How does the Designated Driver ticket work?
The designated driver buys a special designated driver ticket online, $10. Designated drivers do not receive a wristband and are not permitted to sample any beer. They receive a free bottle of water and are able to enjoy all the activities of the festival except the beer sampling. Any designated driver ticket holder who breaks the designated driver rule will be immediately removed from the festival.

If I buy one ticket am I allowed to go to both sessions?
A ticket can only be used once for the session purchased.

What time do the doors open for each session?
Doors open at 12:00pm for VIP Session (Session begins at 12:30 pm).
Doors open at 1:30pm for General Session.

Where is the Philadelphia Navy Yard located?
The Philadelphia Navy Yard is located at 4747 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19112. The event will take place on the former Naval Airstrip. Follow the signs after you enter Navy Yard.

Is there taxi service available to and from the Navy Yard?
Yes, it is recommended that all attendees take advantage of public transportation for the festival. Here are the phone numbers for a few of the area taxicab companies:

How do I get to the Philadelphia Navy Yard?
Complimentary bus shuttle service will be available to festival attendees from the Broad & Pattison SEPTA station to the Philadelphia Cruise Terminal venue. Shuttles from Broad & Pattison will begin at 11:00am and run continuously through the day.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.

Is there parking at the Navy Yard?
Yes, there is limited parking at the venue. We encourage people to use mass transit.

Festival Rules

• 21+ Only. Must show valid photo I.D. for admission.
• Don’t drink and drive! Take mass transit or designate a driver.
• Promotional photos and video will be taken at the event and you grant permission for your likeness to be used.
• Drink responsibly, Know your limits!
• This is a sampling event, 2oz. pours only!
• All attendees must be properly attired.
• We reserve the right to check all bags
• No pets or children allowed.
• No outside glassware or food permitted.
• You get one souvenir glass for this event. Replacements $5.00 ea.
• We reserve the right, at our discretion, to remove any individual(s) from the festival for behaving inappropriately, You will be escorted out by security and not allowed back in!
• All exits are final. No alcohol permitted outside the event.
