N/V Sabor

Description:
Sabor is Spanish for flavor. This unique and exciting new offering from Martha Clara Vineyards offers natural flavors and aromas of pineapple and coconut. A great acidity and nice sweetness make this wine the perfect accoutrament to any festive gathering. Serving Suggestions: This wine is not only unique, but it is versatile. It will taste great by itself, used in Sabor-Gria, mixed into a Sabor-tini, and where ever else your creativity may take you. Think Latino and Caribbean when it comes to food pairings! Arroz con pollo (chicken and rice), mole verde, jerk chicken, tacos, enchiladas, nachos, etc! Viva la revolution!

2008 Glaciers End White

Description:
Glaciers End White is a blitzkrieg of aroma and flavor in a bottle. This exotic blend of 7 grape varietals offers a seemingly endless melange of flavor. Aromas of salt water taffy, orange blossom honey, and fresh flowers lead to a well balanced palate of freshness and sweetness.

2008 Chardonnay

2008 Rose

This delightful and refreshing rose offers aromas of ripe, juicy strawberries and freshly cut watermelon. The natural sweetness is balanced by a refreshingly crisp acidity. Serving Suggestions: Enjoy “pup-pup”, as it is known on the vineyard, chilled for maximum pleasure. This will pair well with any fresh fruit offering. Traditional Southern-Style barbecue and grilled meats will also make a delightful compliment.

N/V Red Sweetie

Description:
The aroma shows dark fruits and plum. The palate demonstrates flavors of a freshly baked mixed berry pie. Serving Suggestions: Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled. 2004 Cabernet Franc

2005 Syrah
