Educated at the Culinary Institute of America, Christopher Palmer is an unforgettable chef with a sophisticated and exciting style. He was a member of Shelley Fireman's team of Executive Chefs behind Cafè Concepts, which owns and operates The Red Eye Grill, The Brooklyn Diner and many other successful a la carte ventures. Chef Palmer also honed his skills leading the kitchen of the wildly popular Conrad's Bar and Grill of Huntington, Long Island. Prior to living on the cutting edge of the restaurant industry in New York, Chef Palmer began as a chef at the famed Garden City Hotel.

Today, Chef Palmer successfully combines his restaurant and banquet background to create innovative and sophisticated restaurant and catering menus. He has single-handedly turned the event and restaurant world upside down on Long Island, and has received the highest praise and recognition for his work at Maxwell & Dunne’s predecessor, The Vanderbilt.

Chef Palmer is no stranger to the camera or microphone. He has had numerous appearances on the Food Network’s In Food Today and is a mainstay for many Metro NY media outlets, including, WCBS-TV, FOX, ABC-TV, WLIW, News 12 Long Island and countless radio and print outlets.
