2009 Pinot Blanc

Description:
The 2009 Pinot Blanc is a stylish and brilliantly structured wine with a crisp acidity, minerality and rich flavors of pineapple, ripe peach accented by hints of vanilla, allspice and creamy lees. The backbone of natural acidity gives the wine an excellent balance and finesse, making it a perfect pair with many cured cheeses and grilled chicken.

2009 Sauvignon Blanc

Description:
This wine is a pale straw color and shows classic varietal characteristics of citrus and passion fruit balanced by notes of mineral and lemon peel. On the palate, this wine is clean and a perfect harmony of fruit weight and intensity.

2009 Merlot Rose

Description:
We gently pressed the Merlot grapes as whole clusters to extract just a hint of color and delicate flavors from the skins. This wine had a 12-hour soak with the skins. The free run juice underwent a long, cold fermentation to accentuate the fresh, cherry characteristics of the Merlot grape. Our 2009 Merlot Rose is a pure expression of fresh fruit, watermelon and strawberry accented with spice and floral notes. Enjoy with appetizers, fruit salads, summer picnics and Asian inspired dishes.

2006 Merlot

Description:
Vineyard lots were hand harvested and aged separately then blended prior to bottling. The merlot underwent skin contact for four weeks for heightened varietal complexity and natural softening of tannins. Two years of barrel aging in French and American oak barrels, with periodic racking and gentle aeration allowed this Merlot to develop its fullest varietal character. In the nose you will discover a blend of dark chocolate, cherries, spices and subtle cigar box. This Merlot possesses the complexity to be enjoyed now, on its own or with a variety of red meats and cheeses.
