Long Trail – Double IPA
- Long Trail Double IPA offers a true reward to those seeking intensely sensual hop flavor. Double IPA is a full-flavored ale featuring a good malt backbone combined with an aroma brimming with tantalizing citrus and pine notes. In search of inspiration within, the recipe is sourced from one of Long Trail’s own, hop-enthusiast home Brewers. ABV 8.6 %

Weyerbacher Merry Monks
Merry Monks' is a Belgian style Abby Tripel. To be true to the style, Merry Monks' Ale is bottle conditioned. This means we add a bit of sugar and yeast just prior to bottling. Available year round. ABV 9.3%

Weyerbacher Double Simcoe
Double Simcoe IPA, is our incredible reward for Hopheads seeking the intense hop flavor in a Double IPA, without the harshness. It is brewed utilizing only the Simcoe hop variety. This hybrid hop, developed and trademarked by Select Botanicals Group, LLC in the year 2000, was created for its high alpha acid content, maximum aromatic oils, and low cohumulone(harshness) levels so that brewers can really put a lot of ‘em in a beer and not create an overly harsh taste. Double Simcoe IPA is a full-flavored ale with hints of pineapple and citrus upfront, a good malt backbone in the middle, and a clean finish that doesn’t linger too long. Check it out, and you’ll soon see why everyone’s talking about it. Double Simcoe is available year-round. ABV 9.0%

Kriek Boon
Traditional Belgian Lambic - 100% spontaneously fermented ale. Aged 2 years in oak vats, minimum 200 grams of real cherries per liter. Brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic its name. ABV 5%

Rodenbach
Traditional Belgian Lambic - 100% spontaneously fermented ale. Aged 2 years in oak vats, minimum 200 grams of real cherries per liter. Brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic its name. ABV 5%

Franziskaner Dunkle
Deep and dark colored, cloudy with yeast. Brewed with a darker roasted malt which adds some maltiness to the refreshing flavour of the Hefe-Weissbier. ABV 5%

Doc’s Apple
This cider is semi-dry and wonderfully effervescent with a remarkably fresh apple nose. Its crisp, fruit forward taste and a clean, refreshing finish, have won our cider countless awards and praise. ABV 5%

Doc’s Raspberry
Fresh raspberries are added to Doc’s Draft Hard Apple Cider and re-fermented to create a delicious spin on traditional cider. We think you’ll agree that you can really taste the fresh fruit used in making this cider. ABV 5.5%

Widmir – Brrrbon
“Hidden in the beautiful dark amber color are aromas of vanilla and caramel that compliment perfectly the presence of bourbon. Soft oak flavors transition into a sweet yet slightly dry finish. After aging the ale for four months, the malt and hop complexity of Brrr has melded harmoniously with the bourbon barrels and become a truly one of a kind beer.” ABV 9.4%

Bluepoint RastafaRYE
Our RastafaRye Ale marries a hearty rye malt with a blend of freshly harvested West Coast Hops resulting in a delicious deep copper ale . With just the right amount of rye flavor to offset the spicy and floral characteristics of the hops, RastafaRye Ale will stay on your palate and your mind evermore. ABV 7.5%

Goose Island Night Stalker
A heavily-hopped imperial stout, Night Stalker is a heavyweight of a beer. It delivers a formidable punch of hops and rich roasted malt notes to the nose in a silky body that's as dark as night. ABV 11.7%

Goose Island Pepe Nero
With an aroma of roasted chestnuts and a mysteriously dark, mahogany hue, Pepe Nero is a farmhouse ale brewed with black peppercorns. His roasty sweetness melds into a lingering, earthy, black pepper finish that is ideal for pairing with grilled meats and roasted vegetables. ABV 6.0%
