Volunteers
are needed for setting up the event, directing people
inside the festival, handing out glasses, delivering ice, clean up and other important functions. Volunteer duties will be assigned at the
festival at the “Volunteer Registration Desk”. All volunteers must be 21+.
There will be four shifts available for volunteers.
Friday shift 3/9/12: runs from 10:00AM to 3:00PM on Friday. This shift requires heavy lifting, so please consider this when selecting this shift. As a thank you, volunteers will receive one complimentary admission to the event on Saturday (Session I or II).
Saturday
All Saturday volunteers will recieve a "Brew Crew" T-shirt and a complimentary meal voucher.
Shift #1: 9:30AM - 2:00PM, upon completion of your shift, volunteers will be permitted to stay for the remainder of Session I from 2:00PM - 4:00PM.
Shift #2: 11:30AM - 6:00PM, upon completion of your shift, volunteers will be permitted to stay for the remainder of Session II from 6:00PM - 9:00PM.
Shift #3: 4:00PM - 10:00PM, volunteer will receive ONE comp ticket to the North Fork Craft Beer, BBQ & Wine Festival on August 11, 2012 at Martha Clara Vineyards.
Volunteers must be 21 years or older to attend this event. Valid photo I.D. is required at the door. No exceptions.
All volunteers are asked to check out at the end of their shift at the volunteer registration area.
